Bethany Lee, MS, BCBA, LBA

I started in the field of behavior analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) back in 2020, and absolutely fell in love with both my clients and the work. I went on to get my bachelors (2021) and then my masters (2025) in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on serving children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Over the years, my understanding of the science of behavior analysis has branched out into applications in other areas such as anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and positive parenting strategies. My focus remains on teaching functional communication strategies to both youth and adults (with or without formal diagnoses) to increase self-advocacy skills, foster independence with daily living, and create meaningful social connections.

As a practitioner who experiences ADHD myself and has also worked in a variety of clinical, school, and home settings, I firmly believe that behavior services should be evidence-based, accessible, transparent, collaborative, and meaningful for everyone involved. I look forward to sharing my experience and knowledge to help you reach successful outcomes!
